Corporation, Institution, Firm, which has its core business in the value chain for the semiconductor industry
Must be at least 30% local shareholding held buy Singaporeans or Singapore PRs
AND
Group employment size must not exceed 200 workers
OR
Annual sales turnover of not more than S$100 mil Enterprises quaify as SMEs as long as they satisfy criteria above, regardless of whether they fall under the manufacturing or non-manufacturing sector
Singapore Government Agencies and Academic Institutions
Corporation, Institution, Firm, which has a substantial interest in following up with the development of the semiconductor industry in Singapore, but does not qualify for Corporate Membership
