Prior to joining SSIA, Daphne has over 10 years in events management from planning to execution at NXP Semiconductors. She is experienced in developing and managing brand-led customer outreach events and leading the brand’s participation at industry trade shows and conferences.

    Michelle has over 22 years' experience in the semiconductor industry, working on CIM and Fab information integration and upgrade, quality, automation, productivity and cycle time improvement. As Head of the manufacturing department, she successfully led her department to achieve 9% productivity improvement through automation. One of her success stories was to lead integration and upgrading of fab systems, to retire 80 legacy systems and converge to one unified and high efficient platform.

    She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
